-I must admit that I was skeptical when I first put my feet on the Power Plate machine. As a man I believed that training has to be macho and you should lift heavy weights. This was not for me. But I must admit I was wrong. It’s definitely training for me, and I am now hooked. It’s quick and versatile workout that fits me … very good. The strengthprograms impresses me, and with the Power Plate Pro-motion 6 you get the opportunity to perform many exercises on the same level as at a gym, only more efficiently.
