-I’ve been training actively in clubs for 15 years and visited most of the forms of training through this time. Has worked as an instructor in among other things, aerobics, spinning, pump, pacing and martial arts. For me, training must be challenging, effective and varied for it to give me the energy and joy I believe exercise should generate.
In a busy day training was given low priority in a period with me, but I have now found a form of exercise that is varied, pleasing and not least time-efficient.
The Power Plate has a chance of variation that makes it possible to exercise both cardio and strength at the request of one and the same machine. The training is very effective, and it marks progress and result already after a few weeks. This is a huge motivational factor!
I must admit I was very skeptical about a 30 min workout could really pay off, but the results and the feeling I have in the body after the workout speaks for itself!

-For me this is a new way to exercise. Jogging and mountain biking has always been my favorite sports. I believe this training supplements my other training in a nice way. I have increased my general strength a lot, especially in my abs, after 6 week of training. My balance has also developed a lot. -The training is so time effective, so I have recommend it to everybody I know. The training is executed in 30 minutes and is comparable with at least the double time spent in a traditional gym. It is inspiring with a trainer that follows your progress, who makes sure you do the proper exercises and pushes you. The training is suitable for every one independent from level and shape.
